So, if your job or lifestyle demands to lean a lot for a prolonged time, your muscles in the back may tear, thereby causing pain and fatigue.

Sometimes your spine may develop a bone deformity. When this happens, all the tendons, muscles and ligaments situated in the area might get swollen and experience tension. This can lead to acute back pain.
- Poor Posture

If so, this might be the cause of your back pain and hence fatigue. This is because when the spine remains out of balance for an extended time, the muscles present on one side have to do more work than the ones on the other side.

Instead, they signal the presence of another dangerous ailment. Some cancers cause back pain as well. Kidney infections can also contribute to back pain. This is why it is recommended that one should get themselves checked if the pain persists for a long time.
